Sensory Machine is a desire for a nature driven, highly intelligent domestic environment where pure clean air, cooling elements, digital systems integrate with natural systems. The thickened envelope connects seamlessly to a landscape made of sustainable micro-farms to leisure playgrounds, extending the home to the exterior and brings landforms into the home, fusing nature and artifice as the future of living. The artwork is handmade and digitally created using tools to optimize the use of materials and made in-house by ESKYIU.
This project was commissioned by Madison Group, where international designers are invited to create bespoke models that capture their vision of the future of home living.
Design Principals: Eric Schuldenfrei and Marisa Yiu; Project Team: Donncha O’Brien, Anthony Chu.
